Rumah123 has a total employe around 100 full time persons.Rumah123 is currently seeking a professional candidate for the position of Sales Manager with the following qualifications : Responsibilities

• Main responsibility is to manage the sales dept to achieve sales targets
• Planning, coordinating and supervising sales staff to achieve monthly target, including development of future sales plans and incentive schemes.
• Assisting sales executive in closing deals with new clients.
• Create daily, weekly and monthly reports.
• Directly responsible to handle key account clients including meeting, negotiation and closing deals.
• To constantly upgrade your knowledge of products, market intelligence, skills of leadership, strategic direction, salesmanship and ability to convince and motivate.
• To be prepared to undertake travel and special assignment whenever necessary.
• Update all sales related data requested by management.

Requirements:

• Proven ability to sell
• Must be fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and some English would be advantagous
• You will probably have at least 8 years of working experience in sales and marketing, possibly ( but not necessarily ) in the field of selling media advertisements ( print or online media )
• Previous working experiences or knowledge of the property and automotive industries would be advantageous.
• We seek professional with the following characteristics : fast learner, hard worker, able to work under pressure and proactive, focused and ultimately result driven. Candidate needs to also have positive and outgoing attitude. Leadership skills are necessary as you will be leading the sales department and providing a mentoring role.
